Author Guidelines

1. General Information

  1. Submitted manuscripts must be original research articles and have not been published or submitted elsewhere.

  2. Articles may be written in Indonesian or English.

  3. Manuscripts must be submitted via the Online Journal System (OJS) of InterSpectrum Journal of Multidisciplinary Research.

  4. The journal is published biannually, in March and September.

3. Article Structure

Manuscripts should be organized as follows:

  1. Title
    The title should be concise and clearly reflect the research content (maximum 20 words).

  2. Author(s) and Affiliation(s)
    Include full names without academic titles, institutional affiliations, and the corresponding author’s email address.

  3. Abstract and Keywords
    Abstracts must be written in Indonesian and English (150–250 words), including background, objectives, methods, results, and conclusions. Provide 3–5 keywords.

  4. Introduction
    Describes background, research problems, objectives, and scholarly contribution.

  5. Research Methodology
    Explains research design, subjects/objects, data collection, and analysis techniques.

  6. Results and Discussion

  7. Conclusion

  8. Acknowledgements (optional)

  9. References

4. Manuscript Format

  1. Manuscripts should be 6–15 pages in length.

  2. Paper size A4, standard margins.

  3. Times New Roman, 12 pt, 1.5 spacing.

  4. Citations and references must follow APA Style.

  5. Tables and figures must be numbered and properly captioned.

5. References

  • A minimum of 15 relevant references.

  • Priority is given to primary sources (peer-reviewed journals).

  • References are recommended to be published within the last 5–10 years.

6. Review Process

All manuscripts undergo editorial screening and a double-blind peer-review process. Final decisions are made by the editor based on reviewer recommendations.

7. Publication Fee

The journal does not charge a submission fee.
An Article Processing Charge (APC) of IDR 300,000 applies to accepted manuscripts.

Submission Preparation Checklist

All submissions must meet the following requirements.

  • This submission meets the requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.
  • This submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration.
  • All references have been checked for accuracy and completeness.
  • All tables and figures have been numbered and labeled.
  • Permission has been obtained to publish all photos, datasets and other material provided with this submission.
